It’s time for some Adventures!!!

Adventures in Tutus follows the story of two sisters, as they use their imagination to explore new lands and worlds.

Their first story happens on Pirate Island, where they will have to find their way all the way to the Pirate Chest, before sailing off into the sunset.

The second story follows the two girls  on another adventure to the North Pole to meet Santa. Dressed in their tutus, they meet elves and reindeer and they take a tour of Santa’s workshop. In the third story, join Cloclo and RiRi on another adventure surrounded in mystery and suspicion. CloClo’s favorite bear “Sparkle Bear” is bearnapped by a shadowy figure in the night. With the Detectives in Tutus on the case, this criminal won’t be able to hide for long. Come along on this caper as the girls follow leads and question suspects.

The book series is about two African American sisters that use their imagination to go on adventures and explore different environments.
I want each person that reads this book to truly submerge themselves into this imaginary land, as the content is only there to compliment the pictures drawn in the book.
Speaking of content, it is all written in a loosely based form of poetry called haiku (Japanese poetry structure.) I chose this style of story telling because I really want children that are reading the story to feel they are transported to a new place.
